Meet Dr. Will Dadouris
Dr. Will Dadouris grew up immersed in dentistry at Clinton Dental Group, where his father, Dr. Jim Dadouris, has practiced for decades. This lifelong exposure to patient care and the family practice environment sparked his passion for helping people achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Outside the office, Dr. Will lives in Jersey City and enjoys spending time in New York City with his fiancé, Lauren. He dedicates much of his personal time to his nonprofit organization, ReLax Collections, which he founded to collect and redistribute new and used lacrosse equipment. The program helps lower barriers to entry for the sport, particularly for underserved youth, reflecting his ongoing commitment to giving back.

Dr. Will is certified in Invisalign and clear aligner therapy, allowing him to provide discreet, effective teeth-straightening options tailored to each patient's needs. He has also begun taking on small teaching roles at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, sharing his clinical knowledge with the next generation of dentists. He was an active member of the New Jersey Dental Association and American Dental Association, staying connected to best practices and the dental community. He is also an active member of the BNI Patriots chapter in the Clinton area, building strong community connections in Hunterdon County.
Education
Dr. Will earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he excelled both academically and in leadership. While in dental school, he served as a member of the Honor Council, an admissions ambassador, and a teaching assistant for Operative III. He graduated as part of the Operative Honors Program and was recognized with several prestigious awards: the American College of Dentists Outstanding Achievement Award, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award, and the Chesky Kleiner Humanitarian Award. These honors highlight his clinical skill, commitment to esthetic dentistry, and dedication to compassionate patient care.
Dr. Will graduated magna cum laude from Moravian University with a BA in Biology and a minor in Economics. During his undergraduate years, he played men’s lacrosse and served as treasurer of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council. He also tutored students in Economics and Chemistry, sat on the Discipline Review Council, and was inducted into multiple honor societies: Phi Eta Sigma (freshman academic), Omicron Delta Kappa (leadership), Omicron Delta Epsilon (economics), and Chi Alpha Sigma (athletic). His time at Moravian built a strong foundation in science, leadership, and community involvement that continues to shape his approach to dentistry.
