The same link will also be sent to you via text message for added convenience. Once your forms are submitted, our team will review your medical and dental history in advance, along with any medications or allergies, to provide a safe and personalized experience.


If you’ve had dental X-rays taken within the last year, we ask that you email them to DadourisDDS@gmail.com so we can review them prior to your visit and avoid unnecessary re-imaging.

Your first visit at Clinton Dental Group lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes a full set of preventive services and diagnostics. This comprehensive new patient exam includes:


  • Digital X-rays (if needed)

  • A complete oral health exam by one of our experienced dentists

  • Oral cancer screening of your gums, tongue, and supporting tissues

  • A professional cleaning and polishing by our hygienist

  • A customized oral hygiene review, including brushing and flossing guidance

  • Optional 3D wellness scan using our Trios 5 scanner, depending on your case and treatment goals
